Allergies
It is the responsibility of the user to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, we recommend you to patch test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
Computer Error
We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price our soap for $0.07 instead of $7.00 and you buy a million bars at $0.07 then we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.
Shipping
Depending on the option you choose during checkout, products that are in stock will ship within 1-3 business days. Pre-ordered or customized items generally take up to 5-12 days (excluding Sundays) Please feel free to contact us otherwise we are here to help you. Orders that are not in stock must be afforded the time to cure for your full enjoyment. Keep in mind that these are organic/natural artisan bath & body essentials so please trust the process love. We ship by way of the USPS. Due to Covid-19, the USPS times of transit may vary because of understaffing and overworking of its employees. With that in mind, once orders are both shipped or picked up by USPS it is the courier's responsibility for any damaged, lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Any and all claims shall be settled through the customer and the USPS. We hope that you understand.
Insufficient Address
When placing your order, please be sure to include your full address including unit/apartment number AND zip code. Any packages without a number, street, complete box, apartment number, or city and state omitted. According to the USPS, if these credentials are not fully included your package will not be delivered and the USPS will return it to the sender. It is the customer's sole responsibility to include the shipping address in its entirety in order to receive their purchase with no issues.

Due to Covid-19 as well as the nature of our products being naturally hand-made. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns, offer any refunds or exchanges. If you received the wrong order feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to compensate. Our products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.

This means there's a possibility of melting during transit especially if you live in a warm climate area.
